Are Sukulent Audio soundbanks and sample packs royalty-free?

Sukulent Audio preset packs, sound banks, and sample packs are entirely royalty-free, allowing you to utilize them for commercial projects and releases.

Please note that while you may use the samples, presets, loops, rhythms, and melodies contained within the project files, directly rendering and releasing the project files (or templates) as your own original work is not permitted. Additionally, the redistribution of the sound banks and their packaging is strictly prohibited. If you have any uncertainties regarding this license or further questions about copyright and royalties, please contact us.

Users of project files, templates, and sounds are granted only the rights explicitly outlined. All other rights remain reserved.

The license is strictly limited to a single user and applies globally. Any form of copying, sharing, duplicating, reselling, or trading of this product or its contents is strictly prohibited.

This non-exclusive license remains valid for the entire duration of copyright protection on the sound samples. By purchasing and accessing this product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Can I incorporate elements from the templates/project files into my own compositions if I significantly alter the melodies and chord progressions?

Yes, this is allowed, but you must change the melodies and chord progressions by more than 50% from the original template files.

You May Not:

  • Register copyrights under your name or a company.
  • Release the project files as-is under your name (e.g., on a record label).
  • License, sub-license, sell, or redistribute the Item, even for free.

You May Use It To:

  • Use sounds, presets, and samples from the templates in your own music projects.
  • Add elements to your original tracks, provided they are sufficiently transformed.
  • Incorporate modified parts into live performances or radio DJ sets.
  • Include elements in non-profit video content.
  • Explore music production techniques through our templates, designed for educational purposes.
  • Deconstruct the production process to inspire and develop your own unique projects.
  • Adapt sound elements by altering melodies and chord progressions by over 50%, ensuring they are unrecognizable by detection tools like Shazam and distinct from Sukulent Audio’s original works.
